• Day 1 - Arrive Kathmandu

  • Upon arrival in Kathmandu Airport our representative will meet you & assist to transfer the Hotel.

• Day 2 - Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu

  • In the morning, you will visit Pashupatinath temple and Budhanilkantha, the sleeping Bishnu. After lunch, you will be free and then in the late afternoon, there will be briefing about the trip.

    Everest Mountainflight can be done early in the morning.

• Day 3 - Drive Kathmandu to Nyalam.

  • Early morning you will drive towards Friendship bridge at Kodari border. After crossing the friendship bridge you go through immigration formalities. Then drive to Nyalam.

• Day 4 - Rest at Nyalam

  • Rest day in Nyalam for acclimatization purpose. Today you go for a short hiking above Nyalam for a couple of hours. This will help you to be acclimatized properly.

• Day 5 - Drive Nyalam to Saga

  • The journey starts with newly built road smooth and pleasant. Today you pass 5000m high pass, the Lung La with great views over the Himalayasincluding the closest Mt.Sashibangma. You also cross beautifulPeiku Lake and Brahmaputra River.

• Day 6 - Drive Saga to Prayang.

  • You drive through barren territory passing many villages and camps of Yak herders with distance view of snow capped mountains but no trees. On this day the road is quite flat, hence the drive will be smooth & comfortable compared to the other days.

• Day 7 - Drive Paryang to Lake Mansarovar

  • After breakfast drive to Mayum Riverfor 112 km and have lunch. Drive to Mansarovar. Today is the day of lifetime, as you will have the first sight of Holy Mt. Kailash and Holy Lake Mansarovar. You will continue by doing Mansarovar Parikrama by Jeep or coach and arrive at Chui Gompa for overnight.

• Day 8 - Drive Lake Mansarovar to Darchen, Base Camp of Kailash

  • Drive Lake Mansarovar to Darchen, Base Camp of Kailash

• Day 8 - Drive Lake Mansarovar to Darchen, Base Camp of Kailash

  • In the morning do Pooja and take holy bath at Mansarovar. After lunch, drive to Darchen. While going to Darchen you will make a clockwise drive of Lake Mansarovar. The drive takes about 1 & half hours.

    Reaching Darchen Yatris who interest to visit Asthapad may go there with extra payment of vehicle.

    At Darchen yatris who wants Mt. Kailash Parikarma with horses and porters will have to confirm our guide so that he can arrange all before starting the parikarma.

• Day 9 - 1^st Day of Parikrama to Diraphuk.

  • Morning drive to Yama Dwar. Entering the holy gate. And further drive to drive to Tarboche. Here you will meet our yaks and yak men. We will load all logistics on yaks and start Parikrama. The First day of Kora is a gradual walking of 5 hours. From the walking trail you will have Darshan of North face of Kailash. Today your overnight will be in tented camp.

    Yatris who are not going Mt Kailash Parikarma will return back to Darchen and take rest there till those people going Parikarma return back.

• Day 10 - 2^nd Day of Parikrama to Zuthulphuk

  • Early morning trek uphill Dolmala Pass. It takes about 4 to 5 hours. After reaching top of the pass 5850 m then trek down to the valley floor. It takes another 4 to 5 hours. After cross Dolmala when you move down you see Gauri Kunda. This day is longest and toughest day of Parikarma. So be prepared in mind accordingly. Like yesterday today also your overnight will be in tented camp at Zuthulphuk.

• Day 10 - 3^rd Day of Parikrama, to Paryang / Dongba

  • Today is last of Parikarma. After breakfast you trek down of 10 kms with the winding gradual track. Once you reach the place called Chongdo, our land cruisers or bus will pick up you and drive back to Paryang or Dongba for night halt.

• Day 11 - 3rd Day of Parikrama, to Paryang / Dongba

  • Today is last of Parikarma. After breakfast you trek down of 10 kms with the winding gradual track. Once you reach the place called Chongdo, our land cruisers or bus will pick up you and drive back to Paryang or Dongba for night halt.

• Day 12 - Drive Paryang to Nyalam

  • Morning after breakfast you set off your journey back to Nyalam with sweet memory of Mt Kailash and Mansarovar Lake.

• Day 13 - Drive Nyalam to KATHMANDU VIA Zhangmu

  • From Nyalam you drive back to the friendship bridge at Kodari. After completing Chinese immigration formalities you drive to Kathmandu.

• Day 14 - Depart Kathmandu

  • From Nyalam you drive back to the friendship bridge at Kodari. After completing Chinese immigration formalities you drive to Kathmandu.

The above rates are based on INR 53 = USD 1, if the exchange rate goes higher than INR 55= USD 1 at the time of trip confirmation, the price will go higher accordingly.

Payment Terms & Conditions

• Initial booking amount of INR 10,000/- PER PERSON [non refundable] to be deposited at the time of booking.
• 50% of payment should make 30 days prior to the departure of trip to Tibet.
• All payment should be cleared before the commencement of Trip.

Policy Of Cancellation Of Trip

• A charge of 10% will be applied for any cancellation made prior to 25 days of departure date.
• A charge of 25% will be applied for any cancellation made prior to 20 days of departure date.
• A charge of 50% will be applied for any cancellation made prior to 10 days of departure date. 
• No refund for any cancellation made thereafter.
• Verbal cancellation will not be entertained.

Note

If you wish to extend your trip to any pilgrimage sites such as Janakpur Dham, Damodar Kund, Kak-Vusundi Lake etc. or you want to go for any short trips such as game drive at National parks, rafting, Nagarkot, Dhulikhel, Pokhara etc. or you want to extended your Tibet tours such as to Lhasa or to Everest Base Camp etc., please ask us.
