  • Need Document for Visa within 10 days after Booking
  • In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
  • Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
  • As hotels / Flights / Itinerary / Route are subject to change without notice, no compensation will be paid for changes.
  • Tour operated subject to minimum 20 passengers.
  • You must be in possession of a valid Multiple Entry Schengen Visa. The cost of this Visa is included in your tour price.. Some Consulates may request for a personal interview. You will have to attend this Interview.
  • The 3rd person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed
  • As per EU hotel occupancy regulations, maximum 3 persons are allowed in one room
  • It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation / vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • The Service Voucher(s) along with air-tickets and other travel documents would be given to you 4 days prior to the departure, only on payment of full tour cost including foreign exchange component 30 days prior to the departure of the tour and adherence to the schedule of documentation by you.
  • If the booking is accepted less than 30 days prior to departure, you shall make full payment of the tour cost including foreign exchange component and deposits at the time of booking.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
  • Tour cancellation charge as per Below cancellation Policy.

In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on visas, medical insurance, POE including administrative charges would be payable by the Client. If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client.

In case of Third Party Products ( EU Rail , Cruise ETC. ), the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges.

If You Apply For Visas Through The Company

  • If Visa got rejected for any Reason 20,000 Rs Per Person will be deducted from your amount
  • It is convenient and safe to have the Visa applications made to the concerned Consulates / Authorities through the Company. However, for certain visas including the visas for USA and UK, the Client would have to attend personal interview at their own cost.
  • As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting there from.
  • You should ensure that you submit the relevant documents and photographs within the time Limit as mentioned in the Documentation Check List given to you at the time of booking of the tour. Any additional information, details and documents, you possess to support the visa applications should be made available to the Company. The Company would not be responsible in any way in case any clerical error regarding names, attachment of wrong photographs, duration, type of visa (single / multiple entry) occurs in the consulate / embassy. You shall be fully responsible to check the visas, their validity, details and the correctness thereof. In the event the application for visa made by you or the Company on your behalf is rejected by the concerned Embassy or Authorities due to inadequate supply of documents furnished by the applicant or due to any other reason whatsoever, the Company shall not be liable or responsible for the same.
  • The cost of processing visas is not included in your Tour Price unless provided otherwise. The visa fee when prescribed includes the actual visa charge, cost of processing fees, the professional charges of the Company and overheads. Even if visas are rejected, the stipulated fees of the Company shall be payable by you. There would be no refund, if any one unable to travel due to the said reasons. In such cases, the non-refundable deposit paid by you shall be forfeited and no claim whatsoever shall be made for the same and the cancellation schedule shall be applied in addition as applicable.
  • If the passports are required to be mailed for visas / POE to different cities, company would mail the passports by reputed courier. In case of loss or delay of the passport arising out of such transmission, company would not be responsible to compensate the holder for any loss whatsoever.
  • The position in respect of cancellation of Tour by you due to non-availability of travel documents would not change only by virtue of your having applied for such documents through the Company.
  • In the event that a client is unable to travel on the tour originally booked by him, due to rejection of visas by the concerned embassy, the Company may in its discretion offer such client an option to postpone his tour to other available date or transfer his booking to any other tour. In such case the transfer fee for the transfer of the tour shall apply. In case the Client declines the offer, the cancellation schedule shall apply.

Insurance

  • It is mandatory that you purchase an Overseas Medical and other Insurance Policies to cover the risk to life, Document and property whilst on tour for the duration of the trip.
  • It may be noted that the tour cost does not includes the insurance premium and that the Clients shall have to acquire the same at their cost.
  • In case if the cost of the insurance is included in the tour or you want us to obtain the insurance policy for the above purpose, such policies would be for cover for the duration of the trip and relate to persons below the age of 60 years. In case of clients above the said age and in case of clients seeking extended stay abroad, there would be additional premium payable by them. Further it would be your responsibility to produce such medical reports as might be required by the insurer. Further please note that you would have a direct contractual relation with the insurer and the Company is only a facilitator.
  • You have to check the accuracy and correctness of the policies so obtained and in case of any errors or lapses report the same to the Insurance Company and get the same rectified as the company would not be responsible for the same.
  • It shall be your duty to inform the Company in case the Client has any medical condition that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the Tour Arrangements and wherein the interest of the Group or any member thereof is prejudicially affected. The Company reserves the right to ask any Client to provide written certification of his medical fitness before departure. In the event that a medical condition has not been disclosed, the Company is not be liable to provide any assistance or money back.

Tour Cost Component

  • It is mandatory that the Client should avail the foreign exchange component of the tour cost from the Company under his Basic Travel Quota entitlement. You have to pay the total tour cost component in Indian Rupees by way of a demand draft in favour of the Company The Client would submit his request on a pre-printed Basic Travel Quota Form, which has to be completed and signed by him. The Company would forward the said form to the Authorized Dealer / Full Fledged Money Changer to release the amount of required foreign exchange to the Company for the cost of the tour as a part of the Basic Travel Quota of the Client.
  • Under the present guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India, all residents holding Indian passports are entitled to avail an amount not exceeding USD 10,000 or its equivalent per person in one calendar year for one or more private / leisure visits under the Basic Travel Quota.

  • Day 1 - Arrive into Paris  Paris City Tour + Lido Show  (Optional )

    • Welcome to Paris, the fashion capital of the world, where we begin our Europe Tour. On arrival, you will be met by your Dpauls Travel  Tour Manager / Local Representative outside the customs area, who will welcome you and take you to the hotel for check-in.Later we start our Paris City tour  you will see See Paris in all her charm, glamour and glory. See Arc de Triomphe. Also see the Champs Elysees, arguably the most well known avenue in the world, the magnificent Opera, the striking Town Hall and the National Assembly,Louvre (from Out Side ) the famous Notre Dame Cathedral.

  • Day 2 - Suggested Excursion: Visit Disneyland + Eiffel Tower - Level II.

  • Day 3 - Drive To Zurich (  10 Hrs BY Bus ) + Zurich City Orientation Tour  + Packed Lunch Enroute.

    • After a continental breakfast, we check-out and drive to Zurich by Coach.

      On arrival in Zurich , we take you for an orientation tour of Zurich.   • Day 4 - Day Free Suggested Excursion: Mount Titlis with Ice- Flyer Ride and Lucern.

    • After a continental breakfast, the day is free OR we suggest a full day excursion to Mt. Titlis with Ice-Flyer and Lucerne City. We begin the tour with a visit to Mt. Titlis, which at 10,000 ft is the highest peak in central Switzerland.

      You journey to Mt. Titlis through a series of three different cable cars. The last leg of the ascent will be in the world’s first rotating cable car called the ‘Titlis Rotair’. At Mt. Titlis you have free time to play and enjoy in the snow, visit the Ice Cave or  just relax at the restaurant.

      In the Afternoon move towards another beautiful city Lucerne and enjoy your orientation tour which comprises of famous Lion monuments, Kappelbruck Bridge,.   • Day 5 - Day Free (Suggested Excursion: Mount Jungfraujoch  with Interlaken City Tour).

    • After a continental breakfast, the day is free for you to relax OR we suggest you take this opportunity to visit Jungfraujoch and picturesque Interlaken. Our scenic drive to Lauterbrunnen, from where we board a train to Jungfraujoch, the highest altitude railway station in Europe at 11,333 ft., takes us along lovely lakes and mountain passes. Marvel at the changes in the Alpine scenery as your charming cog-wheel train takes you on a unique journey. Experience the magic of the mountains at the Sphinx Terrace. See the breathtaking Jungfrau Peak and the awesome Aletsch Glacier. Also, visit the Ice Palace, where you see a beautiful display of sculptures made of ice, while being encased in ice yourself. Have a memorable encounter with eternal snow and ice at the Plateau.   • Day 6 - Orientation Tour of Venice + Packed Lunch.

    • After a continental breakfast, we check out of our hotel and drive to Venice. On arrival, we proceed for an orientation tour of Venice - St. Marks Square, the very heart of Venice. Here, see the Ducal Palace, the infamous Prison, the Bridge of Sighs, the exquisite Clock Tower and the baroque splendour of St.Marks Basilica. Overnight at your hotel in Venice/ Padova. (B- PL -D).

  • Day 7 - Orientation Tour of Pisa + Packed Lunch.

    • After a continental breakfast, we check-out and proceed to Florence. We visit the ‘Field of Miracles’ wherein stands the grand Romanesque Pisa  styled marble cathedral. See the Baptistery and the Bell tower, known as the Leaning tower of Pisa. Remember to take a photograph of your family against this wonder of the world.

       

      We then journey towards enchanting Florence, the art capital of Italy. Take a breathtaking panorama view of Florence from the Piazalle Michelangelo.   • Day 8 - Onto Rome, Guided City Tour of Rome + Packed Lunch.

Tentative Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Arrive Zurich

    • On arrival, you will be met with Your Tour Manager / Local Representative outside the customs area and Transfer to Hotel. We begin our ‘France and Switzerland' tour.

      First We start our Zurich orientation city tour, see the Bahnhofstrasse the busiest street of Zurich, Shopping Street and Boutiques.See the Swiss National Museum and Famous Church of Zurich After that we start our journey towards Engelberg, One of beautiful city in Switzerland. Overnight at your hotel in Switzerland (D).

  • Day 2 - Mt. Titlis with Ice-Flyer Ride and Lucerne City Tour  (Optional)

    • After a continental breakfast,Day Free or enjoy  Full day excursion to Mt. Titlis and Lucerne on Extra Cost. We begin the tour with a visit to Mt. Titlis, which at 10,000 ft. is the highest peak in central Switzerland. As you journey to Mt. Titlis through a series of three different cable car rides, you will be amazed as the scenery changes from green meadows, scenic lakes to snow clad mountains. See over 200 cable cars sporting different flags. Lookout for cable car number 73 that carries the Indian flag! The last leg of the ascent will be in the world’s first rotating cable car called the ‘Titlis Rotair’. At Mt. Titlis you have free time to play and enjoy in the snow, visit the Ice Cave or just relax at the restaurant. At the Terrace on top of the Mt. Titlis summit station, weather permitting, you could take an unforgettable ride on the “Ice- Flyer” an enclosed ski lift that travels only a few meters over the Titlis Glacier. (weather permitting).Enjoy Indian vegetarian lunch in Indian Restaurant at Titlis on your own.

      In the Afternoon move towards another beautiful city Lucerne and enjoy your orientation tour which comprises of famous Lion monuments, Kappelbruck Bridge,. This is the ideal place to purchase branded Swiss watches, swiss chocolates, swiss army knives, souvenirs etc.. Overnight at your hotel in Switzerland. (B, D)

  • Day 3 - Day Free Or Optional Jungfraujoch with Interlaken City Tour (Optional)

    • After a continental breakfast, the day is free for you to relax OR we suggest you take this opportunity to visit Jungfraujoch and picturesque Interlaken. Our scenic drive to Lauterbrunnen, from where we board a train to Jungfraujoch, the highest altitude railway station in Europe at 11,333 ft., takes us along lovely lakes and mountain passes. Marvel at the changes in the Alpine scenery as your charming cog-wheel train takes you on a unique journey. Experience the magic of the mountains at the Sphinx Terrace. See the breathtaking Jungfrau Peak and the awesome Aletsch Glacier. Also, visit the Ice Palace, where you see a beautiful display of sculptures made of ice, while being encased in ice yourself. Have a memorable encounter with eternal snow and ice at the Plateau. Do not forget to send a postcard to your friends and relatives from Europe’s highest altitude Post office with its own special postmark. Enjoy Indian vegetarian lunch in Indian Restaurant at Jungfraujoch on your own.

      Thereafter we proceed for our return Journey to Interlaken , There we will visit Interlaken City after that Transfer to your Hotel There’s time to relax at the many cafes or shop for Swiss watches, chocolates, memorabilia, etc. Overnight at your hotel in Switzerland. (B, D).

  • Day 4 - Switzerland - Paris ( By Coach ) 10 HRS

    • After a continental breakfast. Later proceed your journey to Paris by Coach.

      we pass the country side of Switzerland where you will see the loveliness of alpine region, with picturesque Swiss lakes, Swiss chalets, farms, cows, etc, (this is going to look like a scene right out of the famous movie Dilwale Dulhania…..

      In the Evening time Arrive Paris - the fashion capital of the world. On arrival, check into the hotel. The evening is free for you to relax. Overnight at your hotel in Paris ( B -D).

      Today Late Night ( 2330 ) you can enjoy Lido show on Extra Cost. See the finest combination of beauty, rhythm and gaiety. Experience the charm of striking ballets, shimmering costumes and talented dance troupes. After show transfer to Hotel , Overnight In Paris Hotel.

      Created in 1946 and ideally located on the Champs Elysées Avenue, this cabaret with its revues is one of “must see” in the City of Light and Paris by night. The great show Bonheur of the Lido is staged in a spacious hall of 2 000m², which should not discourage you as thanks to a very smart seating arrangement, You will admire the famous Bluebell Girls in a fabulous show from wherever you are placed. 70 artists, at least 23 decors and 600 costumes along with special effects create a wonderful atmosphere.   • Day 5 - Paris City Tour + Eiffel Tower / Montparnasse

    • After Breakfast we start our Guided Paris city tour.we take you to the 2nd level of Eiffel Tower / Montparnasse from where a bird’s eye view will leave you breathless. Later, proceed on a panoramic city tour of Paris conducted by a local guide. See Paris in all her charm, glamour and glory. See the Obelisk at Place de la Concorde, the largest and the loveliest of the Parisian squares and the majestic Arc de Triomphe. Also see the Champs Elysees, arguably the most well known avenue in the world, the magnificent Opera, the striking Town Hall and the National Assembly,Louvre (from Out Side ) the famous Notre Dame Cathedral After City tour day is free , Explore the city on your own After shopping Indian Dinner at Night. ( B -D).

  • Day 6 - Disneyland

    • Today day Free or visit Disneyland on Extra Cost  , day for magic and enchantment. Enjoy breakfast at hotel and proceed to the Disneyland Parks. You will receive a one-day pass for Disneyland parks. The Disneyland Park with its 5 magical lands, exciting rides and attractions, larger-than-life Disney characters and an endless array of shows and parades leaves you breathless for more. The magic never ends here. Overnight stay in Paris Hotel (B -D).

  • Day 7 - Return Home with Wonderful Memories

    • After a continental breakfast, we check out of the hotel and drive to the airport. Its time to say goodbye to all the new friends you have made.
